reiki therapy

Reiki is a hands-on (or near) energy practice that helps gently guide the body and mind back into balance. Reiki supports the natural flow of energy, allowing the system to soften, reset, and find its way back to center.

As trauma-informed therapists, our clinicians offer trauma-informed Reiki, often as a supportive layer in the healing process. For those navigating trauma, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm, Reiki can be especially helpful when talk therapy starts to feel overwhelming, has left you feeling stuck or when the nervous system needs a different approach. It works well alongside somatic and movement-based practices, and can also be offered on its own.

Reiki offers a quiet, relaxing, and grounded space to rest, release, and reconnect with yourself, at a pace that feels right for you.

Clinical Yoga & Somatic Therapy

Healing doesn’t always happen through words alone, sometimes the body needs to be part of the conversation.

As both a trauma-focused therapist and certified yoga teacher, our clinical team integrates somatic and movement-based practices into therapy when it supports the healing process. This approach, often called clinical yoga or somatic therapy, blends principles of neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and mindful movement to help regulate the nervous system, process emotions, and restore a sense of safety in the body.

There’s no pressure to do yoga in a traditional sense, no complicated poses, or expectations. Instead, we use breath, gentle movement, grounding techniques, and stillness to support healing from the inside out.

These practices can be woven into therapy sessions or explored on their own, always guided by your needs, your pace, and your consent. It’s body-based healing, backed by science, and rooted in compassion.
